Mindfulness encourages us to focus on the here and now. Instead of getting caught up in our thoughts or worries, we learn to observe our experiences without judgment. It’s also about becoming aware of our thoughts and feelings as they arise, without getting entangled in them. This self-awareness helps us understand ourselves better.
