Beacon is the membership and administration system used by u3a to help manage members, groups, events and many day-to-day tasks. To help you get the most from Beacon, regular online training sessions are available throughout the year for Committee members, Officers and Group Leaders.

These free Zoom sessions are open to any Beacon user, whether you are new to the system or would like to build on your existing knowledge. The sessions cover a wide range of topics, from the basics of using Beacon to more advanced features, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn from experienced trainers.

Booking your place is simple. Just click on the relevant Register button for the session you wish to attend and complete the online registration form. Once your booking has been confirmed, the Zoom joining details will be sent to you automatically by email.
