Blood Bikers what promises to be a fascinating and inspiring talk. Blood Bikers are volunteer motorcyclists who support the NHS by transporting blood, platelets, samples, donor breast milk and other urgent medical items between hospitals, free of charge. They often ride at night and at weekends, helping when time is critical and their service is needed most. This talk will give members the chance to learn more about the people behind the service, the work they do, and the real difference they make to patients, hospitals and communities.
