Fresh from his famous voyage aboard HMS Beagle, Charles Darwin returns to share the remarkable experiences and discoveries that shaped his thinking. Through Shaun’s engaging performance, members will hear Darwin describe the wonders he encountered, from the unique wildlife of the Galapagos Islands to the many observations that challenged traditional ideas about the natural world.

As Darwin reflects on his journey, we follow the early development of the ideas that would eventually become his groundbreaking theory of evolution and the Origin of Species. This is a chance to step back in time and hear the story directly from the young scientist himself, as he begins to piece together the evidence that would change our understanding of life on Earth forever.
