This Monday we have an easy and enjoyable walk of around three miles, starting from Bwlch y Ddar. The route follows quiet country lanes, making it a steady and simple walk that is well suited to a relaxed pace.
Along the way, there are good open views across the surrounding countryside, giving us plenty to look at as we go. The gentle nature of the route allows time to take in the scenery and enjoy the fresh air without any rush.
This is a good choice for those who enjoy an easy walk, fine views, and pleasant company at the start of the week.
Take A483 out of Oswestry and turn right at the Llynclyss crossroads. Follow the A495, but keep on the B4396 when the A495 goes off to the left. Keep on the B4396 until you get to Llangedwyn and turn left just before the school.
Drive a couple of miles to a grassy triangle where you can park. There is limited parking so please car share if you can .
