This walk is about 4.2 miles, starting at Ifton Meadows, and heading down through the 'Dingle' to Glyn Morlas; we then follow the lane up a short, sharp hill.  At the top, we follow the road through some woods and open fields before heading down a track to walk beside the Morlas Brook to Nefod.  We then cross the B5070 to Escob Mill, to join Wat's Dyke path. We cross the old Ellesmere/Oswestry railway embankment and continue along the path until we join the canal towpath.  We follow the canal back towards St Martins, then across fields and roads on the outskirts of the village back to the start. Good views along the way. There are 6 stiles, and walking poles might be advisable.
