This 5 mile walk is a rewarding country route enjoyed by members of Oswestry u3a. We meet and park at Maesbrook Village Hall before walking down the road towards Pwll Farm to reach the River Vyrnwy. From Pwll Cottage, the route follows the Argae path alongside the river, leading on to Lwntydmon. This part of the walk offers wide views and a real sense of the local landscape. The route then returns back to the car park at Maesbrook. The walk can be muddy and includes several stiles, so walking boots are needed and sticks are advised.
