Pradoe Church, a small, private Church of England church located in Ruyton-XI-Towns. It was built in the 1860s by Louisa Charlotte Kenyon, who financed its construction partly with profits from the Eardiston Copper Mine. The church is known for its simple, strong lines and its stone font carved from the Eardiston quarry. From the Church we take in Eardiston and pass Tedsmore Hall, our walk is approximately 3.8 miles taking less than two hours. On lanes no styles.
Take the A5 via Mile End, in about 3.5 miles turn left off the A5 signed West Felton (don’t take the Queens Head Turn)
Then 1st right, then 1st left (it really follows the road, straight on is a dead end) In about half a mile turn left in to a narrow lane
Follow the lane until you come to the Church, parking is just in front.
